I really enjoyed extremely helpful and affable employees!
My double room had a safe box, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card. It had a bidet in the good bathroom. Location: the hotel was very close to the jungle, and ubud center...

Nestled deep within the lush greenery of the tropical jungle and just a short walk from the bustling Ubud center, this hotel offers the best of both worlds. the well-appointed rooms with luxurious bathrooms guarantee a comfortable stay, complemented by friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Take a dip in the serene pool or enjoy the picturesque views of the surrounding greenery.
It's a shame that the on-site spa and restaurant are currently closed, and only room service is available.

Spent new year in December and the amenities were great! Loved the functioning kitchen and the pool area. the staff were also really friendly and welcoming. the location was also pretty convenient and easily accessible.
The room we stayed in was quite small and had a few issues with it. the door to the patio wouldn't close properly, allowing insects to come in.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and we were thoroughly impressed with our luxurious room. the amenities surpassed our expectations and we were thrilled with the private facilities offered.
While the location provided a peaceful retreat, getting to the hotel proved challenging as the road leading to it was quite narrow.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was the best part of my vacays - cute, friendly and kind. They went the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, and there was a beautiful pool that was mostly empty. I enjoyed the quiet location in the jungle, but it was still close enough to transportation that it was easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options.
Can't think of anything! This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The staff were pleasantly helpful and welcoming. There was a good selection of food available for breakfast. The location had an authentic feel to it with local markets nearby which was great for exploring. The room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed.
The hotel was located very far from the city centre which made it inconvenient for us to get around. The surrounding area was dirty and had a foul smell. Despite being advertised, some amenities were unavailable to us. The bathroom was small and had a faulty shower which led to a less than satisfying experience.
